A Breath of Fresh Air??!!!
Sean Hannity, in his Radio Show on Tuesday, commented how Dick Cheney was a breath of Fresh Air. Dick Cheney has had an interview with Sean Hannity basically condoning torture and the fact that it yieled "results". He demanded that the memos documenting the information provided to be released so that the world knows that the Bush Adminstration was right.
I am trying to understand why Mr. Cheney just does not take the que from his boss and simply shut up and retire to the mansion in Wyoming he has built. He served the country for over 30 years. I salute him for his service. I am also sure that he loves America. But, he and his boss loved America very badly. This so-called love has caused America harm that would take years to overcome. We have to look ahead and look to the future. The conservatives seem hell-bent to do otherwise.
Sean, Rush and the rest of the crowd over at Fox need to figure out a way to fashion a different message. I was laughing when Sean talked about this "breath of fresh air". Simply calling the President a Facist, being a cheerleader for the Bush Revisionism Project and avoiding the real truth will not work. I wonder the crowd at Fox, the Weekly Standard, Townhall.Com and the rest of the Conservative Community truly understand that the country has changed.

And Hannity really is exceptional. As much as I disagree with Rush, O'Reilly, Levin and the bunch, they at least had had the guts to occasionally hold a different opinion than the GOP talking points. I've never heard Hannity express an original thought.
