No really, it's true. Why just watch this entertaining and informational video about some whore out sleeping around with men before marriage (never mind the men are also having sex with her before marriage), who gets knocked up, then does what all those crazy bitches do: beats the poor, helpless guy and hurts the child. It's only the courageous father who can save them.

Now here is my question, and these are based out of my limited experiences of family law (having children out of wedlock, partnered with a man paying child support on a previous child, watching partner's sister get screwed over by the courts more concerned with being "fair" to the father than the children's well being).

So the child was born out of wedlock. Why didn't he petition for paternity? Seriously, it's not that hard to do. If they were still in the relationship when the child was born he could have had his name added to the birth certificate right there filling out the paperwork. In the hospital his name on the birth certificate would have afforded him some rights. In the courtroom his name on the birth certificate and some interaction beyond just a photo on the dashboard would have made him a saint.

And if she doesn't want anything from him, as she screams in the trailer, wouldn't she be the perfect ex? She's not trying to drain him of all his money in child support.

If you want to talk Father's right, why not cinsider the fact the Men have NO rights over whether a child is born. Women, without the consent of the father can abort or birth a child with no ramifications.

There are 2 people responsible for the child, yet until the time of its birth only one is responsible for it.

This is a horrifying thing. Essentially it gives conplete control over the child's, and the father's life to the mother.

If I were not so well restrained I would curse flagrantly here because this reality makes me so infuriatingly angry. For all the rubbish I hear about equality (and admittedly in almost every other area of life women have it worse) I never hear anything about the fact that men have no rights to the life of an unborn child.

Its disgusting! Fun post though

Fathers have no rights on whether a child is born? So, men have no right to not have sex? Or wear a condom? Really? When did that law pass?

Wow, that's some of the most appalling acting I have ever seen.

I am not surprised. Men can be weird when it comes to child support and money. I have heard of men taking custody of children because they think it will be cheaper if the child lives with them. So funny. What that really means is all of your money goes to child support, not just a percentage.
