KP Newsflash (8/17/2010): Iraq Now!!!
As I write this, I am monitoring reports from Iraq about 40 soldiers having died as a result of a suicide bomber. The Iraqi soldiers died when a suicide bomber attacked the Iraqi Army recruiting station in Baghdad.
This attack is part of a larger trend. Iraq has no Government. This is as the United States is preparing to officially end combat operations on August 31. The U.S. will still have 50,000 troops in Iraq to help with training. This is as Iraq continues to be ever more on the brink as there is hardly any electricity, jobs or the security that each and every Iraqi yearns for. What is true success?
