Many people have heard the Michelle Obama quotes about how she never loved her country. Taken out of context the small quote easily makes her see to hate her country. in fact many talking heads have done just this, repeately. Painting her as the stereotypical "angry black woman" and using that against her and her husband. Thankfully, there are still some people with enough decency to say something about this. Case in point:

One thing that bothers me about the talking points in the first video is assumption that because she is a highly educated, wealthy, and in a place of privilege that she cannot be ashamed or at least disappointed in what her country has done or how it treats many of people. I disagree. I think that she is more than able to see the negative points, the negative moments, and the continuing inequality in her own country.
