She did really well in the commercial. Her energy plan makes more sense than Obama's for sure. But I hope she doesn't really plan to run for office. That would be way too scary!

Actually SL, not really. Even McCain's advisers, such as Douglas Holtz-Eakin, have admitted that the offshore drilling would take 5-10 years for any tangible effects so there would be no "holding over until new technologies kick in" as Paris (and her ghost writer) says.

Luckily the ad was meant to be funny, a parody, a good nose thumbing to McCain.
