Rwanda: Africa at its' Best
I have been listening to the BBC and it talked about Rwanda and what the President is trying to do to change things. I also saw this little enterprise called Heaven Rwanda, http://heavenrwanda.com/, that has been created by an American Expat and his wife to provide an opportunity for the neglected children of Rwanda. If only other African leaders were as perceptive and forward looking as the President of Rwanda.
