The Political Revolution in the UK

David Cameron and Nick Clegg have taken charge in the UK. It has been an interesting few days to say the least:

The Queen's Speech was fun to listen to. I always enjoy the pomp and circumstance. As we continue to change, there should be some things that remain part of our tradition. The British Tradition shall go on. David Cameron, though, is starting to do an interesting Center-Right program that is bound to transform Britain. I realize that they are out of money. But, how the cuts are to be done is something that should be managed in a way to insure that the nascent economy recovery will not grind to a halt.

After the Queen's speech, David Cameron gave a masterful performance during the Queen's Speech debate in the house, though. He got the best of all who rose to challenge him. He was funny, in command of the facts and master of the House. He got there because he played his cards right. What he does with his political capital will be fascinating to watch.
