The last few days has seen floods in the Phillipines and in India. In the United States, California continues to suffer from drought as fires continue to burn throughout the State. And in the Maldives, the country continues to be under threat. The President, Mohammad Nasheed, has called for a cabinet meeting to be held on October 17 underwater.
