The World On Fire
Over the last few days, I have been shocked at the scenes of fires in the Spanish Canary Islands and in British Columbia in Canada. While this has been going on, there is continued drought in California and the mandatory 20% reduction in water for areas of Southern California is in full force. Local Water Districts are driving around, imposing fines and having surcharges on excess water usage. The drought has also had a profound effect on California's Agriculture Sector. Can we somehow muster the courage to do something about this before everything falls apart? I am not so sure.
