Twitter: It is now truly mainstream
As a self-styled New Media Practitioner, I continue to be fascinated by the evolution of New Media and how it continues to bring us all together. Twitter is one such tool that has continued to fascinate me as it has grown and evolved. With Twitter@anywhere, it is bound to get even more powerful. There are over 105,000,000 twitter registered users now. This is quite a user base to build new ideas upon.
I readily admit that I am an ardent Twitter Fan. When I read about the Library of Congress and Twitter collaborating on the Library of Congress working to archive Tweets, I was especially happy.
