Will Bibi Wake Up?
Bibi was in Washington on Monday and talked to the President. That's the good news. The bad news is that nothing came of it.
One interesting development was the Arabs weighing incentives for Israel. The Arabs have thrown out the idea of a settlement freeze as a reward to begin further dialogue with Israel. The openings can include trade, investment and air links. It seems to me that Bibi with all his pedigree and sophistication should understand that he should do it differently this time. But, I wonder.
